Flow - Mindful Movement focuses on training the body in a mindful mode combining pilates, 

yoga, stretches, breathing, mental exercises, mindfulness meditation, positive psychology. 


Flow - Mindful Movement will increase your physical and mental strength. It will increase flexibility 

and balance, increase mental awareness and mindfulness, increase your level of self-compassion 

& kindness, reduce stress, enhance your level of wellness and hopefully in the end, leave you at 

least a little bit braver with increased level of creativity. 


Flow - Mindful Movement suits all ages and people with varying fitness levels.
