Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy – In person group classes - READ CAREFULLY! Registration for in-person courses are trimester-based and non-refundable. If you miss a class then that is your responsibility. Rakel tries to be accommodating where possible to allow for a "make-up" class though this cannot be taken for granted. If you want to be considered for a make-up class then you will need to inform Rakel via email contact@rakelhealthyliving.com and/or Whatsapp 00352621503123 within at least 24 hours of your class taking place with your reason for not being able to attend and your wish to attend a make-up class where/when there is space to allow for said "make-up" class.
