A dynamic & balancing class where we focus on strength & mobility. We leave feeling energised and ready to take on the rest of the week.

 

We use small props such as balls, elastics, weights & magic circles

Pilates - Dynamic Stretch & Flow Pilates
All levels welcome
8 : 15 - 9 : 00

A dynamic & balancing class where we strengthen, stretch & flow with a calming meditation at the end of class.

 

We use different types of balls, rollers & elastics.

You will need to bring your water bottle & mat.

Intense Power Pilates

Our most powerful class. A mix of pilates & powerful breathwork we walk out feeling energetic & alive.

A modern take on a pilates mat class.

Get ready to work up a bit of a sweat. We use small props such as weights, balls and bands.

You will need to bring your water bottle & mat.

A wonderful way to begin the day.

We begin the class with waking up our nervous system & encouraging our lymph to move. Through class we move to let go of the week and renew our energy for the weekend ahead. A dynamic class with tools.
